About The Position
Del Frisco's Grille is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a 'Do Whatever It Takes Attitude' and a hands-on, lead by example management style. This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for inspecting the establishment and observing workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations. Additionally, the manager will ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
