About The Position

As a Restaurant Manager at Omaha Steakhouse, you will assist in the day-to-day food service operation. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and supports leadership with financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations.
• Experience managing cost controls is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all functional areas of the restaurant.
• Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates.
• Assisting in the interviewing and hiring of frontline staff.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team.
• Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls.
• Guest service and hospitality.
• Assists with catering and special events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
