Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in such roles as Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality management, or other similar positions.
  • Proven expertise in providing exceptional customer service experience in managerial capacities.
  • Deep understanding of Food and Beverage (F&B) operations, including the ability to efficiently recall ingredients and dishes to assist customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in utilizing restaurant management software, preferably InfoGenesis.
  • Strong leadership with a knack for motivating and managing teams.
  • Sound fiscal management skills, ensuring financial stewardship.
  • Punctuality and a consistent record of attendance.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all Front of the House and Back of the House operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing complaints promptly and striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Evaluate product quality and establish vendor partnerships to maintain high standards while optimizing costs.
  • Execute administrative duties such as reporting, forecasting, and quality assurance to streamline operations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff, providing feedback to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Forecast inventory needs for ingredients and supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety regulations to safeguard customers and employees.
  • Preserve and enhance the restaurant's reputation within the community through proactive initiatives.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to manage expenses and optimize profitability.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on revenues and expenses, analyzing financial data for decision-making.
  • Develop strategies to promote the brand locally through community events and social media.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions to equip both new hires and existing staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold operational standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and protocols to ensure consistency in operations and maintain organizational integrity as the restaurant grows.
