Hooters of America LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager for our Hooters of Kirkman location. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, with a strong focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and overall atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that operations run efficiently and adhere to company policies and standards. This includes managing vendor and supplier relationships to ensure they are compensated appropriately and meet the business's needs. In addition to operational oversight, the Restaurant Manager will assist in the recruitment and selection of both Front of House and Back of House employees. A key aspect of this role is supporting the training and development of restaurant staff, particularly focusing on the performance management of hourly employees, especially those in Front of House positions. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for various administrative tasks, including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.
