About The Position

The Junction Ale House at Snowshoe Mountain, WV, is seeking a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our bustling $2.6M facility. This full-time, year-round position requires a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will blend classic Americana cuisine with innovative twists, ensuring that our diverse selection of West Virginia craft beers complements our reimagined menu. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and fostering a positive work environment for staff and guests alike. In this role, you will lead the management staff to achieve sales and profitability goals, analyze cost and revenue budgets, and keep the leadership team informed of performance metrics. You will actively seek feedback from guests and staff, responding to queries promptly to enhance the dining experience. Additionally, you will implement cost-reduction and sales-increasing strategies, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and ensure that staff are knowledgeable about the menu and promotions. Monitoring food and beverage quality to meet company standards is crucial, as is ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, prepare annual budgets, and train staff on new menu items and RTP programming. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop staff while ensuring the accomplishment of operational goals.
