About The Position

As Restaurant Manager in Training – Fine Dining your role will include: The Manager in Training position will rotate through several dining venues with an aim to learn the various operations. The Manager in Training is responsible for operating the outlet efficiently, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.

Requirements

• Requires a current Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar disciplines
• Prior experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage establishment, preferably in a fine dining, luxury setting
• Must have clear and concise communicate skills in the English language (fluent in speak, read, write).
• Candidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills.
• Requires the ability to work efficiently independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.

Nice To Haves

• Second language is a plus.
