As Restaurant Manager in Training – Fine Dining your role will include: The Manager in Training position will rotate through several dining venues with an aim to learn the various operations. The Manager in Training is responsible for operating the outlet efficiently, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
