Requirements

• Solid experience in restaurant management
• Strong customer service experience
• Leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Train employees and ensure they are well taught in their roles
• Encourage team building and ensure efficiency and quality food
• Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and dish presentation
• Encourage and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback
• Handle administrative duties including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
• Order all inventory, including food and equipment
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is maintained
• Resolve customer complaints
