Restaurant Manager/Chef
About The Position
At Piada Italian Street food, we are passionate about food and hospitality, leading the fast-casual movement with fresh, modern Italian cuisine. We offer delicious made-to-order tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads, and hand-rolled Piadas. We are seeking highly motivated team members for day, weekend, and evening positions who are excited to deliver excellent food and an outstanding Guest experience. The Chef is a leadership position on Piada’s Career Path, responsible for overseeing Team Members and ensuring each Guest receives an authentic experience. This role also involves managing the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant, while learning and performing senior-level responsibilities such as food ordering and labor scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant as a member of the restaurant leadership team
- Manage impact to the restaurant’s overall margins
- Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
- Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
- Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
- Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
- Develop Supervisors into future leaders
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
