About The Position

The Restaurant Manager at Bazaar Mar is responsible for leading and managing the service team to deliver a world-class culinary experience. This role involves ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and fostering a positive work environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • 5+ years of overall restaurant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of upscale or fine dining service and sales skills.
  • Ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees at multiple levels.
  • Knowledge of revenue management and financial operational goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Compeat, Open Table, and Point of Sales systems.
  • Background in fine dining or upscale restaurant service.

Responsibilities
