About The Position

Join the prestigious team at Doyles Irish Pub, located in Saint John’s Resort, next to the brand new “Cardinal” 18-hole championship golf course! We are on the lookout for an adept General Restaurant Manager to lead our brand-new upscale pub experience. This restaurant will also manage the halfway house, putting course food and beverage, and golf beverage carts. The ideal candidate will boast a wealth of experience in pubs, golf, or country clubs. Our newly renovated bar, two-story dining room and terrace harmonize with the historic charm of the property, offering a serene terrace overlooking the course for seasonal outdoor dining. The culinary maestros at Doyle’s Irish Pub, meticulously craft Irish themed menus, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, sourced from local purveyors and farms. Our dynamic beer-centric beverage program completes the experience, featuring a spectrum of options from Irish favorites to local brews. We require seasoned candidates who not only understand the nuances of success in this role but also possess the finesse to manage a dining room, contribute to hiring and training processes, and radiate a caring and gracious attitude towards both associates and guests.
