About The Position
Hollywood Blvd Cinema is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated managers and supervisors to join our team at our dine-in theater located in Woodridge, IL. As a part of our crew, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team while providing exceptional service to our guests. Our cinema offers first-run film releases, an extensive menu, and a full-service bar, making it a vibrant and exciting place to work. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and engaging environment where our employees can thrive and enjoy their work. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Front of House service teams, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will play a key role in achieving our operational objectives by recruiting, training, and managing staff, as well as implementing quality and customer service standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and healthy environment, adhering to sanitation standards, and complying with legal regulations. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about the hospitality industry but also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your team while also taking initiative to lead and motivate others.
