Hillstone Restaurant Group offers a dynamic Summer Internship Program designed to provide hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of upscale restaurant management. Our internship is an immersive experience that exposes students to all aspects of restaurant operations, with a particular focus on daily service and management functions. Interns will primarily apprentice in staff-level roles, gaining first-hand experience in key service areas, while also having the opportunity to shadow management in areas such as hiring, training, and team development, inventory management and cost control, P&L oversight and financial analysis, and guest relations and hospitality excellence. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is your enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to learning.
