Position Summary: FOH Managers at Motek are responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading service teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This posting covers all FOH management levels, including GM, AGM, and RM.

Requirements

  • High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate FOH staff
  • Maintain high standards for guest experience and service quality
  • Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Collaborate with BOH and leadership teams
  • Support scheduling, labor management, and operational goals
