About The Position

Chick-fil-A is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Director to support our restaurant operations. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining and repairing key equipment, including Commercial HVAC, Hot-Side Cooking Equipment, and Commercial Refrigeration, as well as Facility General Maintenance

Requirements

• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, climb ladders
• Flexible schedule, with availability for occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for emergency situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• EPA 608 Certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, hot-side cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens), and refrigeration units (walk-ins, reach-ins, etc.)
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Quickly respond to service requests or urgent maintenance issues
• Document work performed and communicate equipment needs to leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
