Our Team Members receive: Pay Range $19.00 - $20.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $3.75 - $4.89. 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Restaurant Line Cooks - Grill, Carve, Bowls: Primary Responsibilities: A Restaurant Line Cook - Hot Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Hot Side” of the line; primarily in the Bowls, Carve/ Grill, Soup, Braise stations in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
