Our Team Members receive:Pay Range $17.25 - $18.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour estimated at between $4.50 - $5.25 (based on average tips earned at our other San Diego area restaurants) 75% off mealsEarn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Restaurant Line Cook - Salad and Sandwich: Primary Responsibilities: A Restaurant Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Cold Side” of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
Requirements
