Our Team Members receive: Pay Range $16.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS average tips per hour of $4.38 - $5.05. 75% off meals Earn tips for every hour worked, in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Excellent position training and career development programs Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Health insurance (Hospital & Accident), and Life & Disability Insurance - initial waiting period for eligibility after 6 months Line Cook - Salad and Sandwich: Primary Responsibilities: A Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Cold Side” of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.
Requirements
