Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • At least 1 year of prior leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Must be dependable, hardworking and team oriented
  • Full time commitment required. Must be available Monday–Saturday.
  • Opening and closing availability is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead your team with positivity, confidence and integrity
  • Open and close the restaurant
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain uncompromising standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Deliver remarkable guest experiences through proactive hospitality and commitment to quality
  • Build, coach and develop team members for growth and success
  • Set clear expectations and ensure goals are met each shift
  • Drive performance toward key operational targets (speed, accuracy, hospitality, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Solve problems quickly, calmly and with sound judgment
  • Delegate responsibilities and manage shift priorities effectively
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve restaurant wide goals
