About The Position

They are looking for a Restaurant Kitchen Manager with a passion for culinary leadership and creating high-quality food. The role involves moving a career forward in culinary management, supported by a structured training program. In this role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team.

Requirements

• 1 - 2+ years of Kitchen Leadership experience
• Great attitude and readiness to learn
• Passion for leading a team and creating high quality food

Nice To Haves

• Kitchen leadership experience is preferred in this BOH leadership / Heart of House role

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and create high quality food
• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams
