Servers Bartenders Host/Hostess Busser Expo Dishwashers Cooks Shuckers All non-tipped team members start at a minimum of $12 per hour based on experience. Non-tipped positions include: host, prep cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers. Requirements

FOH Team Members MUST have good customer service skills; eye contact, willingness to be of service to the guests
BOH Team Members must work well with the team; effectively communicate, hustle, focus on the task at hand, etc.
Must complete in-store training program
Drive and determination
Essential job functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching/lifting arms above head, and standing and/or walking for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand unassisted for 2-3 hours at a time.
Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol.
High School diploma or equivalent
