Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner upon arrival Obtain and record essential dining information from guests, including dietary requirements and special occasions Strategically manage dining room seating arrangements, anticipating business fluctuations to maximize efficiency Implement organized seating protocols to maintain optimal service flow for servers Conduct regular, thorough inspections of restaurant areas, promptly reporting any equipment deficiencies or aesthetic issues through appropriate channels Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Actively participate in and promote adherence to health and safety initiatives
