About The Position
As a Restaurant Host at Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they enter our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, refreshing beverages, keeping the restaurant clean, and providing outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere. Customer Service: Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and Chick-fil-A's commitment to quality and service. Ensure that guests are satisfied with their seating and dining experience. Additional Duties: Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and entry areas. Perform other duties as assigned by the management to support the overall operation of the restaurant. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
