About The Position

As a Restaurant Host, you'll be responsible for greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth flow of service. You'll work closely with servers, bussers, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience from the moment they walk in the door. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until December 26, 2025.

Requirements

• Previous host or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move throughout the restaurant

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and courteously as they arrive
• Manage reservation system and walk-in seating
• Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or takeout orders
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the host stand and entryway
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor dining room flow and assist in table turnover when needed
