About The Position

At SSP America, our Hosts are one of our most important customer service roles. They're experts at a few things, including:

Providing excellent customer service
Processing orders quickly and accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and service standards daily

As a Host, here are few things you can expect:

Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
Receive payment from the customer and process change.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
Other tasks as assigned
