About The Position

It is the responsibility of the Host/Hostess to greet guests as they enter the outlet, take reservations if needed, show the guest to their table and provide menus. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values. Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old
• Health card is required
• Must have great people skills, a clean and well-groomed appearance, and to be respectful of everyone
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Experience preferred but will train willing individual
• Basic Math Skills
• Must be able to speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Seat guests and provide menus
• Answer phone calls, take reservations as needed, answer guests' questions
• Knowledge of menu items
• Attend pre-shift meetings
• Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines
• Welcome guests, remove extra set-ups, and serve water to guests
• Assist Food Server as needed
• Assist with maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment
• Turn-over/Takes-over station according to established procedure
• Assist with to-go orders
• Assist with sorting, polishing and rolling up silverware
• Complete special projects as requested by Food & Beverage management
