About The Position

As a member of the Food and Beverage team, this person will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, making reservations, and providing hospitality to guests. Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); at least two years of related experience or equivalent preferred
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Operate computer reservation system in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests in accordance with Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
- Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties and/or special services for diners
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus
- Identify and assist in problem solving as it relates to providing an exceptional guest experience
- Set-up workstations and control food and beverage checks
- Guide and assist in the training of new staff
- Order and stock supplies as needed
- Follow Broadmoor safety, hygiene, and uniform standards
