About The Position

Are you a people person with a flair for creating unforgettable first impressions? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic individual to welcome guests, manage reservations, and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to quickly and accurately confirm and/or input guest reservation into the system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Guests upon arrival and the prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
• Verifies reservations, if required, before seating Guests.
• May initially handle guest complaints and notify Supervisor to resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
• Participates as a team member with, Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Guest Service
