About The Position

PROPERTY PROFILE: Welcomes and greets guests at one of the three restaurants, obtains information from guests and ushers to seats while ensuring a positive guest experience. #profjobs Responsibilities Greets all guests at restaurant entrance in a positive manner Obtains basic information from guests such as name, number in party and seating preferences Ushers guests to seat location at a pace that is comfortable to the guests Promotes positive guest/employee relations. Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. Requirements

  • One or two years of experience in high-volume food service preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino areas.
  • A working knowledge of restaurant point-of-sale systems helpful.
  • Must possess ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; compute ratios, rates and percentages.
  • Must possess ability to accurately make change using currency and coins.
  • Ability to operate 10-key adding machine helpful.

Nice To Haves
