About The Position

Responsible for providing Guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company’s high standards of Guest Service.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to quickly and accurately input guest selections into the Micros computer.

Nice To Haves

Previous cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
Responsible for receiving payment from food and beverage Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Accurately input and account for all revenue associated with the service or sale of food and beverage product in the Micros computer register.
Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the Company.
Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Guests upon arrival and/or the prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
Verifies reservations, if required, before seating Guests.
May initially handle guest complaints and notify Supervisor to resolve them quickly and courteously.
Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
Participates as a team member with, Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Guest Service.
All other duties as assigned.
