Hours of Operation:
7:00 AM – 9:30 PM. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Whether you're passionate about hospitality, love working with your hands, or thrive in a high-energy environment, there’s a place for you at Truce.   Responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with basic food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a workstation and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Above average math skills.
• A positive attitude and good manners.
• Neat personal appearance and proper personal hygiene.
• Valid Server Permit (ABC Card).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• SHINE for our guests making them feel special and welcome.
• Ability to knowledgeably answer customer questions about the food and beverage menu and organizational mission.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Process payments using cash, credit, debit, or other methods, and provide change and receipts.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Serve food and beverages to customers at the counter or take-out area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, cash register station, and dining area.
• May also be responsible for tasks like restocking supplies, bagging orders, and assisting other staff members as needed.
