This position will be responsible for the management of all functional areas of the outlets business including: food and service operation operations (inclusive of Back of House and Front of House), marketing, sales, finance, human resources, administration, maintenance and repair. The GM must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with guests and team members. The GM must also act as a leader in the development and motivation of the team members while creating an environment that encourages ownership and accountability.
