  • Lead with passion and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Nurture staff development and create a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Engage with local vendors and farms to source the highest quality products.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • At least 5+ years of successful restaurant management.
  • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with an excellent record of restaurant management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow leaders, managers, employees, and all guests.
  • Strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays [about 55 to 60 hours a week].
  • Ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale dining environments (200-300 covers).
  • Focus on Italian cuisine.
  • Keen eye for quality and a commitment to sourcing the best local ingredients.
  • Strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of navigating challenges and driving results.
  • Eager to engage with the local community, building relationships with local vendors, businesses, and farms.
