Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants

Responsibilities

• Running a profitable restaurant
• Ensuring the restaurant meets customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Setting restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
• Creating a plan to achieve restaurant goals
• Leading a team of Department Managers
• Helping Department Managers set their own goals and providing coaching
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
