Requirements

  • You enjoy problem-solving and decision-making.
  • You want to be a leader, and youre committed to teaching and growing your team.
  • A commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety.
  • Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
  • Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in this country and pass a background investigation.
