Requirements
- 3-5 years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Strong grasp of polished service standards; trend-aware, organized, and task-driven
- Proven team leader with excellent communication and real-time problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, service execution, and guest experience to ensure consistent satisfaction
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast and manage inventory, COGS, and labor; drive continuous improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; lead from the floor with hands-on presence
- Activate local marketing, events, and catering; collaborate with chefs to support menu quality and consistency as needed
