Silk Road's menu features a variety of meticulously crafted dim sum, including steamed, baked, and fried options, as well as innovative Asian tapas and a selection of handcrafted cocktails. Notable dishes include crispy shrimp cheung fun, har gow, and chasiu bao. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in restaurant management within a high-volume setting is often preferred
• Strong abilities in team development, motivation, and conflict resolution are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to safety standards is important.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is typically required.
• Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinating daily operations, including setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Inventory and Cost Control: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and managing operational costs to ensure profitability.
• Financial Management: Preparing and managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Marketing and Community Engagement: Developing promotional strategies to attract new customers and enhance the restaurant's presence in the local community.
