About The Position

To ensure objectives are met in the Restaurant. Responsible for complete restaurant organization. Directs and coordinates all activities regarding the restaurant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will: Direct and oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate managers and Team Members to ensure optimal performance. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Manage budgets, labor costs, and controllable expenses to meet or exceed financial targets. Analyze sales, costs, and inventory reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Ensure compliance with all liquor/beverage control, health, safety, and labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Oversee ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations to maintain adequate stock and minimize waste. Promote teamwork, communication, and accountability within the restaurant. Monitor equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness; coordinate repairs and upkeep as needed. Support and execute marketing initiatives, community engagement, and promotional events. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in hospitality, including at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
  • ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Proven ability to lead teams.
  • Must have a full-service dining experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
