About The Position

Hilton Orlando is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations for two of our signature dining outlets Trabucco and TodoVos! As the ideal candidate you will be an engaging leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask while fostering a culture of respect and positivity that aligns with Hilton brand standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage leadership experience in a multi-outlet hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Diverse food and beverage product knowledge, previous experience with Coastal Italian or Elevated Mexican cuisine are a bonus!
  • Proven ability to multi-task across multiple outlets, including managing private dining rooms adjacent to our outlets
  • Hotel experience and familiarity with premium guest service standards strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the operation of the food & beverage outlets to achieve a profitable result.
  • Participate in the creation and marketing of menu designs to attract a predetermined customer market.
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure efficient operation
  • Ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations, including achieving budgeted revenue and labor expenses.
  • Regularly reviews, evaluates, and responds to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction of the individual outlets; recommend new operating and marketing policies whenever a change in demand, customer dissatisfaction, or a change in competitive environment requires such changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all Hilton policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to Hilton policies and procedures.
