About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a Full-Service Restaurant GM (with bar experience preferred)
- Strong financial and operational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
- Experience leading diverse teams
- A mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability
- Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
- A desire to grow — we promote strong leaders fast
