About The Position
Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a top performer who desires to take their career and earnings to the next level! We are seeking a sharp, driven leader who possesses a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow in the hospitality business. Annual cash compensation of 100K including bonus is attainable General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits: Top pay in the market, base up to 80K on day one The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat Robust benefits package with M/D/V/STD/401K Three weeks of paid time off in the first year! Huge monthly bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth High-quality products and well-maintained facilities! Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk! Other roles are available, including hourly management roles with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Experienced General Manager, overseeing at least 25 team members and 3 managers.
- Hands-on style of leadership
- Upbeat personality
- Solid communication skills and professional appearance
- Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
- Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground
