About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Restaurant General Manager for Noe Italian Restaurant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the Assistant Director Food & Beverage & Director of Food & Beverage; and is responsible for managing the Noe Italian Restaurant as well as oversee daily operations of Manalo Lounge. Noe celebrates time-honored Southern Italian cuisine with a modern attitude. This famed Italian restaurant in Oahu is a remix of traditional Southern Italian ingredients and age-old recipes, impeccably prepared and presented in a reimagined contemporary outdoor setting. Enjoy a glass of fine wine while savoring the Capri-by-way-of-Oahu menu, featuring local seafood, top-quality meats and homemade pastas. Manalo Lounge - meaning ‘sweet water' in Hawaiian, celebrates Hawaii's diverse mix of cultures that have influenced the area's cuisine. Inspired by Oahu's natural resources - where the fresh water of the mountains harmoniously merges with the salt water of the ocean, thus creating a sweet water, the cuisine pays homage to the mix of cultures found here, as well as throughout Asia and across the greater Pacific. Akin to the saying, 'Ae Kai - to bring together the land and sea to serve as a gathering place, Manalo Lounge serves as a welcoming intersection to gather with family and friends for dinner, in a contemporary, yet casual setting at the water's edge.

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • 3 - 5 years prior experience in restaurant management required.
  • Strong Italian food and wine knowledge required
  • Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Italian language skills preferred but not required

  • Ability to teach, lead and coach our Restaurant team to successful achieve five star and five diamond level service consistently.
  • Strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and achieve strong guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark.
  • Excellent cost management skills to meet restaurant outlet budget monthly.
  • Innovative style to drive menu engineering, marketing, social media, entertainment, and restaurant creative.
