Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in outdoor bins
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during up to 90% of shift time
  • High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility preferred
