Featuring a bar and restaurant, retail offerings, casual food and beverage options, and both indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, the clubhouse is designed to deliver memorable experiences in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Restaurant General Manager to join our Clubhouse opening team. As part of a diverse food and beverage program, this leader will oversee our upscale Casual Dining and Bar concept, setting the tone for service, culture, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, SVP of Operations, the Restaurant General Manager will lead the full restaurant and bar operations with passion and creativity while ensuring exceptional five-star service. This individual will serve as the project lead for the restaurant opening, driving recruitment, menu and beverage development, service standards, and training programs. This role will also support other food and beverage outlets as needed.
