Housed in a grand 1848 bank building, the restaurant spans three floors of preserved architectural splendor, featuring arched windows, soaring 20-foot ceilings, original ironwork, and working fireplaces. The menu centers around Prime Certified Angus® Beef, complemented by a selection of locally and regionally sourced seafood, produce, and Lowcountry ingredients. The wine list highlights bold California Cabernets, refined Old World reds, and over 200 labels curated to pair beautifully with the menu. Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of successful restaurant management.
  • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset with an excellent record of restaurant management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow leaders, managers, employees, and all guests.
  • Strong problem management skills with accuracy in quickly handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (about 55 to 60 hours a week).
  • Ability to constantly stand and walk with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

  • Experience in high-volume, upscale dining environments, ideally with a focus on Steakhouse cuisine.
  • Passion for food and beverage, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to sourcing the best local ingredients.
  • Strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of navigating challenges and driving results.
  • Eager to engage with the Charleston community, building relationships with local vendors, businesses, and farms.
