About The Position

As a Restaurant General Manager at Butler Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Food and Beverage Departments within our partner hotels across the USA. This position is not just about managing a restaurant; it’s about leading a team to deliver first-class service with unmatched elegance and professionalism. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service while fostering a culture of accountability. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment that reflects the Butler brand and its values. In this role, you will manage the facility and equipment in your areas of responsibility, ensuring they are in complete working order. You will oversee the quality of food preparation and service, maintaining high standards through effective training and feedback mechanisms. Regular evaluations of employee performance will be part of your responsibilities, and you will be tasked with building reward and recognition systems to motivate your team. Additionally, you will produce regular and special reports, maintain required records and files, and manage vacation requests and staff absences. Collaboration is key in this position; you will maintain close working relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross-training, and efficient operations. Flexibility is essential, as you will need to be available to work any shift, any day, and long hours when necessary.
