Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including any combination of post-high school restaurant education and restaurant management experience to equal seven years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the food services operation of multiple outlets to ensure a pleasant guest experience and efficient, cost-effective operations.
  • Support guest retention to enhance casino operations.
