Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team.
• General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations including driving and building sales and profitability.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members.
• Understand and demonstrate O'Charley's standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promote the Vision of 'A Passion to Serve' and the Mission of focusing on guests, team members, stakeholders, and communities.
• Demonstrate O'Charley's Values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics.
