The Restaurant Expeitor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations between the kitchen and dining area. Work with kitchen staff and servers to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow. Inspect dishes before they are served to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards. Can also perform a range of duties which may include assisting guests with orders, taking feedback, and preparing table set-ups. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and attend to guest needs and requests with a sense of urgency in the Resort's Food & Beverage areas.
