Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder and work in any weather condition
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and on-site drug test
• Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicle
• Be available for after-hours service to customers
• Provide top-quality customer service
• Experience in a commercial HVAC setting, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, HVAC, hot foods, and preventative maintenance.
• Must provide own tools such as basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment
• Troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam-operated cooking equipment
• Inspect and repair gas valves, burners, thermostats, igniters, and safety controls
• Perform preventative maintenance on cooking equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems that
• Service commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and confirm repairs
