About The Position

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Bowlero Matthews is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing the Food & Beverage program. This role involves coordinating team members, problem-solving in real-time, and stepping in for the General Manager when needed. The position is dynamic and requires a commitment to guest satisfaction and team development, making it an ideal stepping stone for those aspiring to become a General Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Strong team player with exceptional people development skills.
• Customer service expertise.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and address complaints effectively.
• Optimize operational execution and staffing levels to enhance guest experience.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with league bowlers to grow league business.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff for the center.
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity.
• Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
